When you purchase a product or system from BIA West, you enter a long term relationship with us. We take your needs very seriously, and will provide you with timely support, wherever you are located worldwide. If, for any reason, you are experiencing issues with a product or system that has been supplied by us, please let us know via our support hotline. Simply drop us an email to support@bia-west.com, stating the issue that you are having, and your email will be answered by the engineering team responsible. Most of the time, we are able to resolve your issue electronically. However, if necessary, we will schedule an on-site visit by one of our service technicians.
